HISTORY

Established in 1991, Community Hospice, now Life Touch Hospice, began with a small number of employees including lay and professional volunteers. From the beginning, our goal was to provide quality care for those patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families and we continue to pursue that goal.

We now serve patients and families in our home care program in five counties; Bradley, Calhoun, Columbia, Ouachita, and Union counties.

Our caring professionals and volunteers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We strive to alleviate financial worry by accepting Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and charitable care.
